Hilton employees, including both full-time and part-time workers, are eligible for this rate.
The Hilton employee rate is highly competitive:
- Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, and Tru by Hilton, $35/Night
- Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Doubletree by Hilton, Embassy Suites, and Tapestry, $45/Night
- Curio, Canopy, and Hilton Vacation Club, $55/Night
- Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Hotels, $75/Night
Each Hilton employee can book up to 30 nights per calendar year.
Additionally, this rate includes breakfast for two at hotels outside the Americas and a 50% discount on global dining.
Furthermore, employees are not required to pay any resort or destination fees and can enjoy the facilities covered by these fees.
Hilton employees can book up to two rates per stay for a continuous stay of seven nights.
Employees who have served at Hilton for over 20 years may qualify for this lifetime rate. However, if they cease to work at Hilton, they can no longer offer this rate to family members.
Hilton Friends & Family Rates
Hilton employees can add their family members and friends in the Lobby system.
Afterward, his family and friends can make reservations directly on the Go Hilton platform.
Hilton’s family and friend rate is 50% off the standard rate, offering a significant discount.
If you have a friend who works at Hilton, ask him to add you as a family member or friend. This will enable you to book family member rates at Hilton Group hotels.
However, family and friends can only book 70 nights at the family and friend rate annually under each employee’s name.
Additionally, employees who have served at Hilton for over 10 years but less than 20 years can continue to book rooms at the family and friend rate post-employment, also limited to a maximum of 70 nights.
How to Book a Go Hilton Stay
Visit the Go Hilton booking portal (internal access or link provided by an employee).
Sign in with your Hilton Honors account.
Select your desired location, travel dates, and apply the “Go Hilton” rate filter.
Complete the booking and present ID at check-in (and possibly proof of relationship for friends/family).
For friends and family, a Hilton employee must authorize you by adding your name and email through the Hilton Lobby system (employee-only portal).

There is a limited number of Go Hilton rooms per hotel per night.
ID or verification may be required at check-in.
Misuse (e.g., reselling or false booking) can result in loss of eligibility for both the guest and the employee.
